Our new project Access for All aims to help Wolverhampton residents get into gainful employment!

About the project

Access to Business exciting NEW Access 4 All project improves the skills, confidence, motivation, financial wellbeing and health and wellbeing of those that we support and includes:

Initial IAG (Information, Advice & Guidance) 1-2-1 interview with each client to establish needs and an individually designed path.
Digital Skills/IT Workshops include - 1-2-1 and group sessions to improve digital skills.
Employability Sessions include – Interview Techniques, Effective Job Searching, Job Clubs, CV support, Applications & form filling, Where to find online job opportunities & Digital job searching. clients gain confidence and feel more inspired to volunteer or find work.
Personal Budgeting and Planning Sessions, Benefits Calculations and practical ways to reduce fuel/energy costs/consumption.
Confidence Building/Social Inclusion – Introduction to Sign Language, Team Building, Health & Wellbeing/Healthy Eating, tackling mental health.
Support to access opportunities for further learning, including, Pre-entry English, Maths and Digital Skills sessions.
Exploring and securing a range of Volunteering Opportunities.
